Gold text effect
Polished gold letters: a pale top, a dark horizon line across the middle and a bright band under it, with a dark outline and a short 3D shadow. Type your title.

What makes the gold look work
Gold reads as metal, not just yellow, because of the shine: light at the top, a sharp dark line where the 'horizon' reflects, then light again. That band is what the generator draws. A plain yellow-to-orange gradient looks flat next to it.
Gold needs a dark edge to hold it. On a bright or busy photo, keep the brown outline and the shadow on; on a dark background you can thin the outline.
Tips
- Heavy, rounded fonts (Titan One, Luckiest Guy, Bowlby One) show the shine best: thin letters don't have room for the band.
- Use gold for one or two words, like a price, a number or a reward. A whole sentence in gold gets hard to read.
- Change the two colours in the Colour tab to make rose gold (pink and deep red) or bronze (orange and brown), and keep the Metal finish.
