Tips for Arabic thumbnails

Never add letter spacing

Arabic letters connect, so spacing them out breaks the words. If you need more width, choose a wider font like Cairo or Lalezar instead.

Check the dots at small size

Many Arabic letters differ only by their dots (ب ت ث). In the 168 px preview, make sure the dots are still separate from the outline; if not, lower the outline thickness.

Right-to-left in other apps

Some editors reverse Arabic or disconnect the letters. The PNG from this page is drawn by your browser, joined and in the right order.
