Tiro Bangla
Traditional book-style Bangla. Good for literature, history and calm topics. Designed by Tiro Typeworks, John Hudson, Fiona Ross, Neelakash Kshetrimayum. Free for personal and commercial use.
Is Tiro Bangla free for commercial use?
Yes. Tiro Bangla is released under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. That means you can:
- use it in thumbnails, videos, logos, ads and printed products, including on monetized channels;
- install it on as many devices as you like and share it with your editor or team;
- embed it in documents, apps and websites.
The one thing you can't do is sell the font file on its own. If you share a modified version of the font, it has to stay under the same license. This is a plain-language summary, not legal advice: the license file in the download is what applies.
